Ingredients:

2 ounces Gin
1 ounce orange Juice
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
Garnish: orange slice or orange peel

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange slice or take each slice of orange peel and gently twirl into curly pieces. Place the curls over the sides of the glasses for a pretty garnish.

Yield: 1 serving
