Ready-made pizza dough makes this recipe so easy.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup parve margarine, melted
4 cloves garlic, pushed through press, fibrous parts discarded
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1 pound (450 g) pizza dough
Coarse kosher salt to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a small bowl, whisk the margarine, parsley and garlic.

Cut dough into 10 strips. On a flat surface, roll the strips of dough into 8-inch long ropes. Brush each strip with the garlic mixture.

Tie each strip into a loose knot. Place on parchment lined or ungreased baking sheet, allowing room for the knots to spread. Brush the knots again with the garlic mixture.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. If you are going to re-warm, undercook them slightly, until just beginning to brown.
